| Warranty Description | Walker Products, Inc. ("Walker") warrants to the end user that the Walker Products branded products, described below, shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship and will function in accordance with Walker's published specifications, under ordinary intended use and service, for a period of Ninety (90) Days with unlimited miles during this period after delivery to the end-user. Walker shall replace any defective product covered by this warranty. Such remedy shall be the end-user's sole remedy with respect to any covered defect in the products. No labor claims are allowed and no other warranties are expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions, which result from causes beyond Walker's control, including, without limitation, (1) unusual physical or electrical stress; (2) and accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or other abnormal use; (3) a failure to perform routine maintenance in accordance with specific vehicle manufacturer's recommended procedures; (4) normal wear and tear; (5) product repairs or attempted product repairs by an unauthorized person; (6) alterations or modifications to the product; or (7) improper servicing. This warranty shall extend only to the original end-user. |
